The contact temperature of a heating pad is about 30 to 40°.
It emits radiant heat that penetrates the animals’ bodies and activates their metabolism. All our heating pads are equipped with a temperature controller and a circuit breaker set at 50°C, which cuts off the power supply to the heating pad in case of overheating. This circuit breaker has been designed to reduce the risk of fire in case of improper use of the product.
Repti Mat Pro is a heating pad ideal for humid environments. Its PVC coating ensures greater durability than standard pads. Heating pads are used to facilitate the animals’ digestion.
