The Reptiles-Planet store delivers to home addresses only in mainland France, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Outside of this area, we recommend contacting your local retailer who distributes our brand.
We ship orders within 48 hours after they are placed, from Monday to Friday, provided that all ordered items are in stock.
In case of an out-of-stock item, we will contact you to determine how you wish to proceed with your order, depending on our restocking time.
Each order is always shipped in a single delivery.
If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

In mainland France, the choice of carrier is made by us depending on the contents, size, and weight of your order.
Delivery takes place within 24 to 72 hours.
Most products are shipped with a transport cost of €9.90 including VAT.
Oversized products (over 4.5 kg or more than 100 cm) or products containing glass are shipped with a transport cost of €14.90 including VAT, and only within mainland France.
In France, delivery is free for orders over €69 including VAT!
In Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, deliveries are made by DPD directly to your home address.
Shipping costs are €19.90.
In Spain, Austria, Italy, and Portugal, deliveries are also made by DPD directly to your home address.
