The Turtle Filter Reptiles Planet is a filtration system designed for freshwater turtle aquariums, species that generate a high organic load. It ensures clear water that is properly circulated and oxygenated, an essential condition for maintaining a stable environment.

Its bottom intake, equipped with large openings, efficiently captures heavy waste, food residues and excrement directly at the point of accumulation. The water is then treated by a filter cartridge providing suitable mechanical and biological filtration. The waterfall effect outlet promotes water circulation and natural oxygenation of the tank. An integrated protective grid secures access to the moving parts. With a flow rate of 350 L/h, it is particularly suitable for aquariums of around 45 liters, provided the sizing is consistent with the volume and the population maintained.

The Turtle Filter filter cartridges, supplied in packs of three, are designed to replace the original cartridge. They help maintain the filter’s performance over time by effectively capturing impurities while also serving as a support for bacteria essential to biological balance.
